The mini kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter, in the kitchen there is a large refrigerator, a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave oven, a blender, a toaster, an electric kettle, all the necessary set of dishes for 6 people. Entrance to the second floor via an internal spiral staircase (2 flights).
Second floor - two bedrooms 26 sq. m with one large bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and 20 sq. m with two beds (or one large on request) and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
The apartment is located in the White Sands area of Los Manglaros residence in a closed protected area. The residence is located on the second line from the beach opposite the entrance to the Punta Cana Princess 4 * hotel. Passage or passage to the beach to the left of the hotel (if you look at the sea) along a comfortable road, travel time is about 5 minutes on foot. Residence guests have 24 hour access to the beach.
On the territory of the residence - a swimming pool with sun loungers and a canopy, a lake with ducks, turtles and iguanas. Secure outdoor parking.
